Wood used in brush manufacturing has been around for centuries. Today most wood used in brush handles and brush backs is made from
hardwood or plywood. Most any type of fiber material can be inserted into a wood handle, from metal to synthetic to natural hair.
Each
of the following product pictures illustrates brushes made with wood handles that are used for a wide variety of cleaning functions.

The WA Series is comprised of various wood handle sizes designed for dusting and scrubbing. The WA7 Series has an ‘orange stick’ chiseled
handle on one end for debris removal. The Wood Scratch Brushes, such as the 11P, 14, 15, 46 and 60 Series, are made with the same style Plywood handles,
with one, two or three rows of bristles, hand laced with stainless steel wire for maximum fiber retention and long use. The various handle styles are designed to fit the
small to large areas you are accessing. The 299991 Series has a slightly curved Plywood handle that allows for a larger fiber area with reaching
capability. The 359994 Brush is a smaller Hardwood handle scrub brush to clean narrow areas. The 403 Series has a long Hardwood handle with a
large bristle area for larger area cleaning jobs. The 869904 Series is a great small scrub brush for use when a handle gets in the way. The 900492 Series is a larger scrub brush with a
Hardwood handle for ease of use to get into tight places. The G1308 Series is larger than the 900492, made with a rectangular Hardwood block that is densely filled and easy
to grip. The 426 Series is the largest of the scrub brushes, made with Hardwood handles, and great for cleaning electronic circuitry.
All the above brushes are available in Horse Hair (HH) or Hog Bristle (CK) material, and many of the others are available in Goat (G), Stainless Steel (SS), or Brass (B) fill materials.
