ESD & Cleanroom Brushes: Insulative Brushes

The 11D Series has one row of fiber hand tied into the Delrin handle. The 22D Series has two rows of fibers to clean a slightly wider area. The 33D Series has three rows of fibers. The 33ND-003 has finer, .003" diameter Nylon bristle to make it softer than the regular 33ND. Brushes are made with soft Stainless Steel (SS) or Nylon (N) material.

Application: All Insulative brushes are made of all non-shedding material that is perfect for use in cleaning very small areas that ESD and Cleanroom functions demand.

All metal, plastic and wood handle brushes can be used in ESD sensitive environments as long as the brush remains saturated in liquid. It is recommended that the brush be tested on the required application to confirm ESD compatibilty.
