ESD & Cleanroom Brushes: Anti-Static Brushes

This series is a small rectangular Hardwood block brush for the ESD controlled environment. It is densely filled and easy to grip. This brush is available with Horse Hair (HH), soft Stainless Steel (SS), soft Brass (B) and a version with an outer row of Horse Hair with the rest of the brush filled with soft Brass material.

Application: All materials for these high quality brushes are manufactured for detail cleaning, such as printed circuit boards and SMT assemblies, or for use as fluid applicators.

All metal and wood handle brushes can be used in ESD sensitive environments as long as the brush remains saturated in liquid. It is recommended that the brush be tested on the required application to confirm ESD compatibility.
