We can design, manufacture, and package any brush to your geometric and material specifications. We have brushes on both the face of the Moon and the face of Mars and we will neither be timid when you say you want your brush fabricated in a titanium block and filled with PEEK nor haughty when you tell us you need a 1” x 4” pine block filled with hog bristle. Call us with your questions concerning the dimensional and geometric requirements to produce a brush on your injection molded brush blocks before you finalize the mold design. There are some limits to what we, or any brush manufacturer, can do. We’ll try to head you in the right direction and save you some re-work money later.

The engineering department can import CAD drawings in: DWG / DXF / KD /CKD/ SAT / SRF / IGS/ K_T / STL / INV / SW / PRO-E / UG formats. CAD drawings are the preferred format because there is less chance for error but, we can also import most other Microsoft and Adobe files. If you aren't sure how to put the brush tufts in your solid model CAD drawing, just show us were they supposed to go, how many there are, and how far they are supposed to extend and we will put them on the drawing for you when we prepare your quote and send it back to you.
